Garett Buell of Caedmon's Call

Random facts:

He likes congas in his monitors.
Put out his own CD, Foreign Mission, in August of 1999.
Has contributed percussion to many of Caedmon’s Call’s friends, including Bebo Norman, Justin McRoberts, and Trip Wamsley. Garett also toured with Bebo in the spring of 2000.
Garett’s use of the washboard during “Bus Driver” in tours past has always been a fan favorite.
Known for his monkey-like flails and gestures on stage.
Uses tinkering noises during sound check to keep the band calm.
Did Martial Arts (Karate) as a child, and at the age of 10, won a trophy for Forms.
Grew up down the street from Rick Weinland and was inspired to be a drummer after hanging around Rick’s house and playing his drums.

History with the band:

Garett knew Derek and Aaron Tate from high school (they both attended high schools in Spring, TX) and was introduced to the band via the two. Immediately, Garett’s talents were recognized and he has been a critical member of the band ever since.
